Activities are part of what we call the 'inner loop',
i.e. what the company does. These are the day to day
actions carried out in the company. SFPM adds value
by linking activities to processes, which are in turn
linked to stakeholder expectations and therefore deliver
value to organization if done correctly.
By identfying redundant processes, related activities
which are not linked to other processes can be eliminated
without affecting business performance..
