This course is designed for solar contractors, self—installers, managers and PV owners, and features new and updated information on the CSI program. Learn how to complete the CSI forms, take advantage of rebates on fixed and tracking PV (solar energy) systems, and interconnect to the grid. Other topics include metering, monitoring, shading issues and CSI's online database. A new resource planning guide for schools outlining measures to reduce energy use and save school districts money on utility costs with sustainable practices is available for schools nationwide from CCSE. Commissioned by the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE), the guide provides a roadmap for reducing energy consumption through energy efficiency and renewable energy while promoting a healthier environment.
