The performance improvement of a business depends on what actions are taken to change the organization from the current status to the new status.

These initiatives are sometimes of a large nature and may cross functional and process boundaries.

This requires structured methods to ensure success. This is where the SFPM project management module assists by ensuring that all projects have relevance to the company strategy through linkage to stakeholder expectations.

Each Initiative for the scorecard can be linked to one or more projects. This provides a direct link between initiatives and the detailed tasks taking place to make that activity happen.
